What I really mean is that “honey” plays a very special role in the human diet.  It is the only food that will not spoil or rot.  Sure, you’ll see it go to “sugar” but what happens when you heat it up? It’s honey again!

Why? Because honey is full of enzymes, so beware to never microwave it or you’ll kill all the enzymes.

But the reason I want to spotlight honey today is because it is such a valuable food that can help many  health problems we may be suffering from.

Here’s one neat tip that I’m sure won’t be smiled upon by the drug companies.

When honey is combined with cinnamon, it is known to cure most diseases.  Number one, it can be used without side-effects and number two, a well-known Canadian publication, Weekly World News acknowledged this fact in 1995 and gave the following list of diseases that can be cured by honey and cinnamon as researched by western scientists.

  1. heart disease
  2. arthritis
  3. bladder infections
  4. colds
  5. cholesterol
  6. upset stomach
  7. gas
  8. immune system
  9. indigestion
  10. influenza
  11. longevity
  12. pimples
  13. skin infections
  14. cancer
  15. fatigue
  16. bad breath
  17. hearing loss
  18. weight loss

I won’t go into details of how much honey or when to take it, but I will talk about how to use it for weight loss. If you wish to learn more about any of the other ones, just email me with your request.

Weight Loss:

Drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water every day in the morning, one half hour before breakfast on an empty stomach, and at night before sleeping. If taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.

Now isn’t that fantastic? I would also guess that it produces a natural cleansing effect which will benefit your whole body.

Will you try it?
