I have been in the alternative health field for 14 years now, and during all those years the one and most important thing that I came across in all of my research was the fact that we need to cleanse. It is only recently that studies are linking toxins to weight gain.

What is really interesting is to realize that the toxins actually hold on to the fat cell, so unless you cleanse, your weight loss efforts are for nothing. That’s why you see so many people regaining the weight after their diets are over.

You see, detoxification is the term used to describe the process your body goes through to get rid of toxins. So if you change your lifestyle, ie; stop smoking, start exercising etc… your body will react. You may get a slight headache or even feel a little achy. That’s normal and to be expected.

Detoxification is so different. It is making your body get rid of the poisons it has accumulated and your body will thank you for it.

I had a slight headache but nothing worse. The process has been quite gentle with me so far and I feel better than ever!
