Survey: How Toxic Are You?…
Signs of toxic overload are many and although one of life’s little irritations, it is not necessary to live with them.
As your body gets overloaded with waste deposited in cells and tissues, our body functions are greatly diminished and can lead to:
- Fatigue
- Headaches
- Gas and bloating
- Aches and pains
- Dry itchy skin
- Blemishes
- Body odors
- Skin irritations
- Sleeplessness
- Indigestion
- Nausea
- Mood swings
- constipation
What can you expect if you cleanse?
- Better sleep
- Clearer skin
- Renewed energy
- Better digestion
- Way less aches and pains
- No more constipation
Detoxification has now become a necessity, like food. There’s no longer a question of just how long and how often. The answer is as long as we have toxins in our world.
So how toxic are you?
This toxicity questionnaire is made of 6 sections. Just keep track of your points and add them up to calculate your toxicity levels. If you cheat, you’re only cheating yourself!

-22 to 0 points
Congratulations, you’re doing really well and your general health picture is very rosy. Stay focused on what you’re already doing and improve those areas you feel could be better. You know what they are!
1 to 25 points
You’re doing Ok but need to change some of your habits especially where your diet is concerned. I think we could all improve in this area.
26 to 50 points
Now you’re about average to fair. Your energy and mobility are on the decline and you definitely need to change your diet in order to improve your overall health. It’s also very probable that you need to exercise more.
So get off the couch and move!
51 to 81 points
Your outlook is not promising at all. You’re at a possible high risk of developing serious health complications. Your energy and mobility will continue to worsen so you better wake up and do something about it now if you want to make it without medical intervention for the next 20 to 30 years.
You will also need to reduce stress and start exercising as it is a really good stress reliever. But more importantly, your need to cleanse is at a critical stage if you wish to avoid medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease etc.
Be proactive and don’t wait until you end up in the hospital on a stretcher!
So there you have it. Are you happy with your results? No? Well then, start by cleansing. You will find that it can re-energize you as well as give you a new lease on life.
