The main topic here has always been about becoming aware of the toxic mixture that affects all of our lives and its possible side-effects.

Usually the answers to fixing these problems come at a cost that is sometimes out of reach of many people.  But there is one remedy that can make a huge difference in our lives.

And that is using plants in our home to scrub the air of pollutants.

So what plants are the best?  That depends on what each plant is best at filtering.
