Did you know niacin is a natural chelator? Start slowly – 25 mg/day as in a B complex. Do this for several weeks and then start taking 50 mg. of niacin/day (you may have to split capsules … that is what I did). Take it with food and plenty of water. You may or may not feel a flushing sensation – but that is good since it is the hives that mean the niacin is binding to toxins/metals in your body. I recently lost 10 lbs. and 40 cholesterol points.
