It is the thought by many medical professionals that cholesterol is a culprit that needs to be regulated by drugs.

In fact cholesterol has never been the culprit it’s been made out to be and research continues to support that fact.

It’s a well known fact that at least 50% of heart attack victims have normal cholesterol levels. What is not talked about much is the fact that inflammation in the body is the real culprit.

Chronic inflammation keeps the body in constant battle mode. In the case of arteries, because the damaged areas must be strengthened, the body does this by thickening the walls with cholesterol and calcium deposits. This eventually forms blockages that restrict blood flow.

Of all the health warnings you may have come across, reducing inflammation should take priority over all others.

Now it’s impossible to avoid inflammation altogether because it’s a natural part of the healing process and one way our body eliminates pathogens and waste materials.

But it doesn’t help that what we eat, breathe, drink, wear and wash in contains toxins that contribute to this inflammatory process in our body.

So putting the fire of inflammation out is crucial to avoid disease. That’s why periodic detoxification of the body is so key for good health nowadays.

Exercise happens to play a huge role in this process. Obesity is the cause of many inflammatory related diseases and the problem is getting worse rather than better.

When exercise is combined with a healthy diet, the levels of inflammation drop dramatically.

One well-known alternative health proponent, Dr. David Williams, even suggests that using far-infrared saunas and clay are a cost effective way of addressing inflammation.

But he also says that a proper diet high in fiber and the use of probiotics should be part of that regimen.

That’s why I like to use my inflammation fighting arsenal in the form of meal supplements made from raw organic materials that contain all of these anti-inflammatory compounds in one easy meal.

Over and above, I also cleanse my body of impurities every 2 weeks by flooding the body with nutrients that nourish, replenish and restore vitality.
