I never thought that my bra could actually be bad for my health!

But it seems that there are several potential problems with bras.

  • A tight fitting bra can cut off lymph drainage which can lead to breast cancer because you will be less able to excrete all the toxins you’re exposed to each day. Here’s a good example.
